About the Role
Mathis Insurance and Financial Services Inc., a State Farm agency in Vacaville, is looking for an energetic and dependable Part-Time Lead Generator to join our team.
This is an in-office position focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting. This is not an insurance sales position. Your primary goal will be to connect with prospective customers, introduce our agency, identify interest, and schedule qualified appointments with our licensed team members.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including cold calls
- Follow agency-provided scripts and calling guidelines
- Introduce our agency and identify potential customer interest
- Ask basic qualifying questions and gather contact information
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed team members
- Follow up with prospects as assigned
- Accurately document calls, leads, and appointments
- Meet weekly activity and appointment-setting goals
- Participate in coaching and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound and cold calls
- Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
- Dependable and consistent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new software and following established processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Schedule

10–15 hours per week
- Part-time, in-office position in Vacaville, CA 95687
- Schedule will be established in advance
- Additional hours are not permitted without prior approval
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
- Additional performance bonuses for qualified appointments that are kept
- Specific bonus criteria and amounts will be reviewed during the hiring process

This position is focused on lead generation and appointment setting only. The Lead Generator does not quote insurance, recommend insurance coverage, provide coverage advice, or sell insurance products. Insurance-related questions are referred to appropriately licensed team members.
